Integrating 3D into the design & development process
LØCI - CASE STUDY
LØCI is a UK-based urban-lux vegan sneaker and apparel brand with a strong commitment to sustainability across materials and manufacturing. As part of their innovation journey, we integrated 3D technology into their design and development process.
Internal design reviews - Tooling development - 3D printing for design validation - Catalogue renders - 3D assets for marketing materials
Using photorealistic 3D renders, we’ve been able to visualise every detail of the sneaker designs - from overall concepts to the intricate tooling elements that are difficult to interpret from blueprints alone. This has enhanced communication, improved design accuracy, and accelerated development timelines.

When presenting new products to retailers, 3D renders have made a significant impact by showcasing designs with a level of realism that builds confidence and excitement. The ability to quickly visualise multiple colourways and material options in 3D has also helped LØCI reduce the need for physical samples, aligning with their sustainability goals.
